I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and patterns such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, over-functioning, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Some are functioning well on the outside but recognize that something in the way they're living or relating no longer fits.Therapy is available online throughout California and in person in Sebastopol, Sonoma County. I also offer coaching internationally, as well as groups, programs, and retreats.

A consultation is the first step. We'll spend some time talking about what's bringing you here, what you're hoping for, and where you may be feeling stuck or ready for something to change. From there, we'll consider together whether ongoing therapy, an intensive, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, coaching, or another offering might be the best fit.You don't need to know what kind of work you need before we talk. Part of the consultation is figuring that out together.

My work is integrative and grounded in somatic psychology, with attention to the mind, body, nervous system, and relational experience. Depending on what emerges, I may draw from Brainspotting, Parts Work/IFS, CBT, mindfulness, EFT/tapping, depth and relational psychology, and other experiential approaches. Rather than following a formula, I integrate these in ways that fit you - what you're experiencing, what we're working with, and what seems most useful in the moment.The intention is to create the conditions for greater awareness, integration, and change that can be experienced, not just understood.

Yes. I offer online therapy to clients throughout California, as well as in-person therapy in Sebastopol, Sonoma County. Online sessions can make therapy more accessible and easier to fit into everyday life.I also offer groups, workshops, retreats, and other experiential programs, and coaching is available internationally.

These offerings are for people who are curious about themselves and interested in learning through experience. You might be exploring patterns that have shaped you, deepening your relationship with yourself or others, practicing Somatic Consent, or wanting more connection, aliveness, and room for parts of yourself that may not have had much expression. Group work creates opportunities for shared exploration, learning, practice, and connection.Depending on the offering, we may work with embodiment, relationships, boundaries, creativity, movement, pleasure, play, and connection. Being with others also gives us opportunities that individual work can't always provide: to notice what happens in relationship and experiment with different ways of showing up while we're actually with other people.Some programs are offered online, while others are held in person or internationally.

I work with couples who want support navigating communication challenges, recurring conflict, trust, intimacy, life transitions, and the protective patterns that can emerge when relationships feel strained or overwhelming.My work is grounded in attachment and relational approaches, with attention to how each partner's history, emotions, and nervous system shape what happens between them. We look at the patterns that develop between partners and what each person brings into those moments, creating more opportunity for understanding, connection, and new ways of relating to one another.

Therapy is a healthcare service I provide within my licensed psychology practice to clients in California. It may involve working with emotional or psychological distress, trauma, relationship difficulties, symptoms, or longstanding patterns that are affecting someone's life. The work can include understanding what shaped those patterns as well as working with what is happening in the present.Coaching is a distinct, goal-focused service and is not mental health treatment. It is oriented toward what you want to develop, change, or create - whether you're navigating a transition or decision, working toward personal or professional goals, or considering what you want next in your life. Coaching is available internationally.I bring the same curiosity, attention to the body, and respect for each person's experience to both, but the purpose and scope of the work are different.If you're unsure which is the better fit, we can talk about that during a consultation.

I’m an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans and provide superbills for eligible therapy services. These are sent monthly. Depending on your plan, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company, so I recommend contacting your insurer directly about your out-of-network mental health benefits.I also accept Partnership/Carelon Medi-Cal for eligible individual therapy in the Sonoma County area.
