What becomes possible when we learn and explore together?
There is something different about experiencing ourselves in community. Groups, workshops, and retreats create a relational field where we can learn not only from what we're exploring, but from what happens within us and between us as we explore it.
Through education, experiential practices, reflection, and shared experience, we can become curious about what emerges in our bodies and nervous systems, how we experience ourselves in relationship, and what happens around connection, boundaries, belonging, and choice.

Retreats
Stepping outside the rhythms of everyday life can create a different kind of space for listening and discovery.
Retreats bring together reflection, somatic and experiential practices, movement, connection, and time simply to be -creating opportunities to slow down, listen more closely, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that can be difficult to hear amid the demands of daily life.
Ways We Can Explore Together
Somatic Consent
Consent begins before the words yes or no. Somatic Consent explores how we experience capacity, boundaries, connection, and choice in the body—and what becomes possible when we learn to listen more closely to those signals.
Through education, experiential practices, and shared exploration, we become curious about the ways our histories, relationships, culture, and nervous systems may shape how we experience and express consent.
Experiential & Relational Groups
Groups offer a unique opportunity to experience ourselves within a relational field - to notice what happens within us and between us as we connect, pull away, take up space, encounter difference, or find ourselves responding in familiar ways.
Rather than trying to get somewhere particular, these groups create space for curiosity, experimentation, connection, and discovering more about ourselves in relationship.
Workshops for Communities & Organizations
I offer educational and experiential workshops for organizations, professional communities, and other groups interested in exploring the nervous system, somatic awareness, relationships, boundaries, consent, and connection.
Workshops can be adapted to the needs and context of the group while remaining grounded in curiosity, participation, and lived experience rather than information alone.
The Lit-Up Woman
Living from connection rather than override
For women with tremendous capacity - who find slowing down much harder than doing more.

You may be someone who gets a lot done, cares deeply, takes responsibility, and is often the person others rely on. You know how to rise to what life asks of you - and you've probably built a life, relationships, or work that reflect that capacity.
But slowing down can be surprisingly difficult. Even when you're tired, some part of you may still be organizing, planning, anticipating, or thinking about what needs to happen next. You may know you need more space, rest, pleasure, or time for yourself, while genuinely not seeing where - or how -it could fit.
Over time, we can become so practiced at responding to what is needed around us that we move past the quieter signals coming from within us. We may only vaguely notice our fatigue, a slight hesitation, our no, our desire....a slight wish to linger, play, rest, or simply not be responsible for what happens next.
This is what I mean by override.
We can become remarkably good at overriding our own signals, sometimes for years. Often, something has to interrupt that pattern - an internal recognition that we want something different, or circumstances that make continuing in the same way no longer possible.
The Lit-Up Woman creates space to become curious about what happens when we don't automatically move past those signals. Through somatic exploration, nervous system education, reflection, and shared experience, we practice listening more closely to what is happening within us and exploring what it means to let that information matter.
This isn't about becoming less capable or stepping away from the life you've created. It's about discovering what that capacity can feel like when it includes you.
